Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study was to test the theoretically based structure of job related affective wellbeing and some aspects of mental health scale (Warr, 1990). The results from factor analysis that best described the structures of the job related affective wellbeing and mental health scale from Bulgarian sample were presented. In addition, available associations between work characteristics included in this study (job control and supportive organizational climate) and job related affective wellbeing, on the one hand, and the some aspects of the mental health, on the other, were reported. The trends between gender, age and affective wellbeing and mental health were also included.
