Summary/Abstract: Serbia is (again) in quest for legitimacy. Pseudo legitimacy drawn from the right on "exploitation of revolutionary attainments" from the period of our bolshevism (afterwards neo bolshevism) was quenched by fall of Bolshevik order. The right to constitute legitimacy acquire to themselves two dominant political formations. The first, relatively more powerful, with higher evident social support, haul ideological attitude from (often ideologically recycled) historical continuum. It is co called national-democratic block. The second claims the inevitability of urgent "transitional change" of society towards (pseudo?)neo liberal conceptions. This ideology of "big leap", measured by the last elections does not have major social support. In the new legitimacy fabric (of both sides with variable power) there is nationalism woven, as political and cultural ideology. Nationalistic ideology comes on the field of ideological post-Bolshevik vacuum, as "inevitable" comeback towards "solid" undoubted rest point. That rest point "necessarily lasts in all times" as monolith foundation. It has the character "invulnerable all-lasting". Even now, there is no quest for legitimacy in social context as plural context. Pluralism of any kind, even ethical, is direct threat to ideological concepts which are advocated as "the only valid and useful to the whole society". Pluralism represents deregulation of every political (and ideological) centrism. Political actors, therefore, avoiding social consensus as legitimacy foundation of own ideologeme, doctrine… represent as consequences of imaginary (constructed) consensus.
