Summary/Abstract: In December 2001, at the meeting of the “Provincia” group, the “Memorandum to the Parliament of Romania” was adopted (initiative to reform the administrative structure of Romania). The article presents the second part of the debate that took place then, concerning the Romanian-Hungarian relations in Transylvania. Participants: Bakk Miklós, Al. Cistelecan, Caius Dobrescu, Smaranda Enache, Molnár Gusztáv, Ovidiu Pecican, Szilágyi N. Sándor and Szokoly Elek.
