The nature of tourist rental

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses issues of rent in tourism. The author shares his reflections on the nature and forms of tourist rental and its sources. Special attention is paid to theoretical questions about differential and absolute rent in tourism. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the elucidation of changes to absolute rent in tourism (in modern times) is important for theory and practice. A comprehensive study of the problem, however, requires the efforts of many economies.
