Summary/Abstract: With the rapid technological development increased the volume and diversity of personal data which are processed automatically. In turn, this creates uncertainty in the privacy of the citizens. So is growing and the need to protect the data from the competent authority, and this is the Commission for personal data protection. The Commission has its own personality, which enables it to exercise its authoritarian powers and be a party to legal relations in the sphere of the State Government.
