Summary/Abstract: After the presentation of the published privileges granted to the town of Târgu Mures, the author is publishing 8 unknown privileges, with the following content: 1. Izabella spares Târgu Mureş and Miercurea Nirajului from taxes and tasks (1557); 2. John the 2nd approves the statuses of Târgu Mureş referring to the transportation and the sale of the wine in the town (1565); 3. Sigismund Báthory settles the rights and the obligations of the town’s nobility and the right to own public-houses (1581); 4. Sigismund Báthory settles the transportation and the sale of wine in the town (1585); 5. Sigismund Báthory grants all the royal rights under the title nova donatio to the town of Târgu Mureş (1595); 6. Maria Theresa grants the fourth yearly fair to the town of Târgu Mureş (1749); 7. Maria Theresa modifies the date of the yearly fair given in 1749 (1754). 8. Ferdinand the 5th grants the fifth yearly fair in Târgu Mureş (1845).
