Motivation for participation of the workers, employees and managers in the shares ownership

Summary/Abstract: Issues connected with the motivation to take part in acquiring stocks in Bulgaria under the present condition of different social strata such as managers, workers, employees etc. are studied here. Some more important motives, reasons and factors for this participation are analyzed on the background of the overall changes and adjustments taking place in the country's economy under transition to the market as well as with a view to privatization under way. The study has been well backed by statistical data and evidence from sociological enquiries.
