Summary/Abstract: In this article we try to analyze the importance of the message sent to be decoded correctly by the receiver; we identify which are the main factors of disturbance and seek solutions to remove. For removing disturbances, we bring examples where we explain why in some cases the receiver understands something different and acts contrary to reasonable expectations and acts contrary to reasonable expectations and try to correct errors occurring during the process of communication.
