Determining the Similarity Extent of the Macroeconomic Encirclement of a Transforming Countries Group (for the period 1998 – 2006)

Summary/Abstract: A grouping of the objects applying the most suitable criterion from all possible ones in the sub-totality is made in the article. Under objects we understand the macroeconomic encirclement represented through the variable: dynamics of GDP growth, unemployment level, inflation level, the correlation of the state budget balance towards the GDP and the correlation of the current account balance towards GDP for 27 countries in which an economic and systematic transformation is carried out after 1989. The grouping is made by years for the period 1998-2006.
