Summary/Abstract: The article „The Italian Style of E-justice“, surveys the electronization of justice in the judicial system of the Italian republic. It provides the reader with an entire description of particular components of electronization of Italian justice including their chronological development. Further, it surveys also a functionality of Italian judicial system and state’s authorities which control the process of electronization of justice. The author also deals with a proportion between particular components of electronization of justice and judge’s independence.
