Summary/Abstract: The article examines the problems of personality and group behavior. The interests are defined as a function of personality’s ideas and feelings and a motive for behavior. The factors that influence over the social value of personality are also revealed. The personal potential, the intra-group relations and the behavior of the group leader are analyzed in particular.
