Summary/Abstract: The survey is anued at disclosing computer-based resources of art and music, the ways, tendences of their usage; discussing major problems of publishing and spread of art and music works as well as considering the main rules regulations on copyright protection of art works. The target of this paper is to lay emphasis on the main publication, distribution and application problems of computer-based art informatikon resources.
