Summary/Abstract: The study examines the impact of some administrative measures, taken by the state and the forced on the population in the region of Pirin, and more precisely – in the town of Yakoruda, where Bulgarians live – Christian and Muslim. The problem is examined in two parts. The present, second part alludes to the aspiration of searching and defending the personal views of identity, of the people of Yakoruda throughout the 90’s, of the 20th century. Attempt is made to show the interrelations between politics of the state and the confessional communities, and how these processes reflect on the single individual. The research is based on specialized literature and private filed work.
