Summary/Abstract: In a demarche to explore the specialized literature, our paper makes a brief theoretical review of the aspects that need to be approached holistically and integrated into the creation and implementation of the component elements of the ethics management system in the institutions of the healthcare sector. The analysed issues may also be subjects of interest for further research to offer a better understanding and effective tools for the practice and performance of healthcare organizations.
