Summary/Abstract: The existence of interests is essential in value-constitution. Reasons make it possible that something conceived becomes an object of desire. However, while we can desire anything conceivable, we can will only what is possible to realize, and agency is restricted to the scope of willing. Interpretation is a part of that process. It maintains its relevance even in matters of moral righteousness. The reason for this is that application of a criterion for any evaluation depends on what the interpretation brings from the reality.
