Summary/Abstract: This report aims to analyze the current situation regarding the lack of rights of common-law partners in the case of inherited pensions. It examines the institution of marriage, the trends related to non-marital relationships, the need for change, and the consequences to which the conservatism of the Insurance Law leads.
