Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses on word-formative productivity in a new Czech grammar, particular in the two volumes work Velká akademická gramatika spisovné češtiny. I. Morfologie. Druhy slov, tvoření slov, published in 2018. The authors of the book – František Štícha and the group of linguists ruled by him – prepared the new description of word-formative morphology having in mind the famous original Dokulil’s conception of word-formative productivity, presented in 1962 year in his authors monography Tvoření slov v češtině. Teorie odvozování slov. The analysis is carried within a theoretical framework of word-formative productivity in this two main works.
