Determination of the Change in the Noise Level of the Stayer 942 Tractor for the Period from 2003 to 2024 Year

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of measuring the noise level of a Stayer 942 tractor in the month of May 2024 and their comparison with those of 2003. It was found that the noise level was higher on the left side. It is noted that the noise decreases with moving away from the tractor to a certain distance and then increases again. This character is due to the noise-absorbing properties of the tractor tire. After comparing the data from 2003 and 2024, an increase in the level of emitted noise can be seen on average by more than 48%. The obtained measurement results were used to make recommendations for the provision of personal protective equipment to preserve the health and work capacity of agricultural workers.
