Legal opinion on the date of the general meeting of the Association of Church Archivists

Summary/Abstract: The outbreak of COVID 19 in 2020 affected individual and social restrictions on citizens. Among them were also restrictions on the operation of so-called third sector organisations, i.e. associations, among others. These concerned the ability to hold meetings and vote in the event of the introduction of an epidemic emergency or epidemic state. The legal opinion is intended to answer the question until what time the current term of office of the elected authorities – the Board of the Association of Ecclesiastical Archivists and the Audit Committee – lasts, and until what time a general meeting should be convened to elect the next elected authorities of the Association of Ecclesiastical Archivists.
