Summary/Abstract: Is it possible to replace human justice by a tool? Is it capable of learning, beyond what has been presented to it as correct, to understand human manifestations, their multiple causalities or interpretations, the infinity of information that can constitute evidence, the links between evidence in terms of corroboration and the conclusion reached by means of it, the psychic springs of the human brain?Perhaps the most important conclusion we can draw is that technology is not in itself good or bad, but what ultimately makes the difference between beneficial and destructive use is precisely the way in which man understands how to exploit it.Seen in this light, it must be accepted that innovation and technological development must not be stopped or slowed down. The measures that the Romanian state has a duty to provide in order to ensure that society has the necessary remedies to combat the associated risks are to determine both the permanent and properly adapted regulation of all technical fields and the appropriate development of citizens' abilities to understand technology in terms of its benefits and risks, in their capacity as users or creators of technology.
