Summary/Abstract: Modern conditions of development create prerequisites for active involvement of non-governmental organizations in the processes of formulation of adult education and training policies, as well as, their practical realization through direct involvement in activities within the European Union programs in this field. The article presents and analyses the ways for participation of NGOs and their contributions to the public policies.
