Summary/Abstract: In 2021, 90 years have passed since the passing of the great Banat composer, pedagogue and conductor Ion Vidu. The present work wants to evoke, at the commemorative hour, this great personality of the Banat culture, bringing to attention several works that belong to a little studied and sung musical genre of the composer: his religious and secular carols.
