Summary/Abstract: This article is devoted to the methodical competence, its structure, content and control in the process of bachelors’ preparation for the speciality Russian as a Foreign language. The authors state the necessity of the final control of methodical competence of graduating students with the help of testing methods, which make the final mark more correct. The knowledge of graduating students is supposed to be checked with the help of the multiple-choice tests. Their skills in creative using the knowledge of methods of teaching foreign language in practice is checked with the help of the open-ended tests.
