Summary/Abstract: The formation of habits for regular exercise and sports is an investment with long-term social, health and economic effects. In the Primary School, students create positive attitudes towards PE classes and towards sports in general. A survey showed that children from 2nd and 3rd grade like PE classes , approve the way they are conducted and willingly participate in them. Most of them like playing sports, playing with friends, but unfortunately they also like playing computer games and watching TV, and they don’t like reading books so much and studying. Gender in most cases determines the choice of sports such as football, gymnastics and dance. Pupils’ parents also have positive attitudes about PE classes and sports.
