Summary/Abstract: Criminal liability of legal entities is relatively young institute. Its beginnings can be found in Anglo-Saxon’s legal culture. Three “types” of criminal liability of legal entities should provide the solution to take legal proceedings against legal entities when illegal activity is performed by them. Real usage of this institute is oft en very complicated, mainly because of the interconnection between legal entities, which can manipulate economy, and the political power. It is necessary to find the appropriate approach in order to effectively use this institute which enables legal entities to be responsible for theirs illegal activities.
