Summary/Abstract: Organisations must face a diverse environment, always changing and unstable. As such, they must develop the ability to cope with exterior disruptions as well as unpredictable/urgent situations. Natural disaster, pandemic crisis, terrorist attacks, economic recession, human error, legislative changes, etc. can question the continuity of an organisation or the re-establishment of its balance so that it can function at the highest level possible. Thus, by means of individual and group resilience, organisations manage to adapt and grow, despite the difficult phases they must go trough.
