Summary/Abstract: The geopolitical location determined the fate of the Polish nation. The rivalry between East and West was the basic reason for the migration of the Polish population. As a consequence, a huge number of Poles, mainly intelligentsia, found themselves outside Poland. Their descendants today live on all continents, in almost all countries of the world. One of the settlement areas of the Polish population was the Transcaucasus, including the historical lands of Armenia. Unfortunately, the fate of Polish settlement and Poles living in Armenia is an almost unknown issue. The purpose of the study is to recover from oblivion the fate of the Polish minority in Armenia.
