Short Description
Yearbook of the Lublin Genealogical Society has been published in Poland since 2009. Edited by academics of the Marie Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and the Catholic University of Lublin, it publishes academic texts, reports on conferences and reviews of interesting books in the field of genealogy, heraldry and demography. We are particularly interested in texts concerning the histories of individual families, the history of censuses, the registration of population and the faithful of various denominations by state and ecclesiastical authorities, and noble heraldry. The annual is published every year in December or thereabouts, in a print run of almost five hundred. For the convenience of readers outside Poland we include summaries in English and Russian.
