Summary: This study focuses on the expulsion of the Prague Jews from the perspective of the Cerveny Hradek
domain in the North-Western Bohemia. More then 70 Jewish families found an asylum there. There is
also closely examined the behavior and attitude of the Duke Heinrich of Auersperg concerning the Jewish
question. Furthemore there is also studied the situation of the local Jewish population who were also
threatened by the expulsion from Bohemia. This study is supplemented by the list of Jews from Prague
who came in the years 1745-1746 to the Cerveny Hradek domain.
