As the operators of C.E.E.O.L., our basic
task is the distribution of content based on contracts with publishers.
Therefore, the regulation of copyrights should be a matter of
agreement between you and your respective publisher of the journal's
printed edition.
Nevertheless, you may find an article offered
in the C.E.E.O.L. archives for which you can claim the exclusive
copyrights. It may also be the case that documents from journals
or books which date back to 1970 or even earlier, are offered
that have been re-digitized on C.E.E.O.L.'s own initiative.
If you would like to claim copyrights for documents
for which we did not succeed in uncovering information about the
author or the copyright holder, we kindly ask you to contact us
using this form or to send an email to our
Author department.
